W3R3 just done (running in the rain, loved it, who knew). Run 2 was really hard, only just finished but today I smashed it with no thought of stopping at all. So what have I learned?

1 I can do more than I thought I could.

2. I'm better without music, it seems to interfere with my rhythm and breathing

3. I feel better. Before I started this journey I was struggling with anxiety and depression. Most days I felt hopeless and bleak and when the practice nurse suggested this I just thought it was just another thing I had to get through but from week 2 I noticed things improving and now I'm feeling really positive about life. Will it last? Who knows but I'm enjoying it while it does.

4. Oh & I really need to get some new shoes.

Week 4 here I come.

Well done, M0use! That sense of being able to meet and exceed your expectations seems to me one of the most valuable benefits of this programme. Keep going! I did Week 2 Run 1 yesterday and felt exactly the same way - I am just behind you! (Not sure about the rain, though...)
