That's w7r3 completed today and lagging behind slightly due to jubilee celebrations.. Hope you had a great time, I did, held a party on the front lawn🍷🍾🍻🇬🇧

Anyway, the first part was ok, but going through the 2nd part started feeling so fatigued but managed to finish, if I think back through the weeks I feel fatigued a lot, I believe I'm lacking in the hydration stakes, so, smacked wrists for me! I should know better!😊 So will up the water..

But saying that, the 2nd part of my c25k route back along the trail is on a slight incline so may have a bearing..

My regular C25K route had a slight rise starting 300m from the end. I used to really hate that bit, and when Jo Wiley would tell me I could do a little sprint for the last minute, my response was "Not blinking likely" or a little stronger.

Two years on, I hardly notice that slope!
