Moving on to wk 6 Yayyy!!

I just ran for 20 minutes and I’m still alive!!!

First 5 minutes were the hardest I think because nagging doubt had crept in but I settled into the run and quite enjoyed the middle part of it!!

I never in a million years thought that I could do this yet here I am.

So pleased with myself today!😁😁

Well done.

Watch out for W6R1, it is a tricky one.

Keep running, keep smiling.
