Completed 🎉.

Was tough for first 5 min and then last 5min but actually enjoyed it.

Need to work on speed as only have stop walk and run. If I slow run anymore I think it might be a walk 🤔.

Onwards to Monday run

Well done for nailing the run. Don’t worry about the pace. If you’re running, you’re running. The programme is about time, not speed. Keep going, you’re doing brilliantly

It is possible to run on the spot.......so it is nothing to do with how quickly you cover ground.

When walking, you always have contact with the ground with one foot.

When running, on every stride there is a moment when both feet simultaneously lose contact with the ground.

Yay, well done. Been struggling around pace also and spent this week experimenting a little with limited successes deciding it may just take some of us longer than others to find our 'slow' pace and perhaps we are making ourselves too anxious focusing on it. Will post on this week as soon as my little one stops trying to sit on my phone 😌

I totally agree BrokeyBusted. My focus for my next run is to see how slow I can do it, and focus on form. I know that sounds a little counter productive but I have a habit of starting out too fast so it might be interesting to change my goal a bit and see what happens. Good luck with this weeks runs.
