So what is the worst that can happen?
If you don't complete a run, then you repeat it, knowing that the first attempt will have made you stronger.

I really hope you got out and gave this a go. I used to look ahead to the next week and think “hell no!” but I’ve given it a go and surprised myself every time. And been super proud of myself. If I’m finding it hard I try to be kind to myself, slow it down, and think about how far I’ve come. You’ve done so well to get this far. It’s a massive achievement.. If you find it hard, you can always redo an earlier run in the programme or repeat this as many times as you need. It’s not a race or a competition. Do this at your own pace. For you. And enjoy! Your only 9 runs away from the end once you run this 1! Don’t give up! You got this
