Paused to take a picture at 1st 3min Recovery. Started again - forgot I was supposed to recover - so when Laura said it'll soon be time to run again I was very confused. Couldn't figure a way to stick in a 3min brisk walk so I just ran on. 3min Recovery at the end of that. (Maybe that's why I had a sore hip yesterday?)
Anyway - R2 today. Time'll tell.
I've never run with anyone - but I've never, quite, run alone. Sorry about the grammar. I'm sure that could have been better put?

Lovely picture. The sheep around here are looking extra fluffy and there are some cute little lambs too. It’s a nice time of year.
My hip aching is always the first sign my trainers need replacing. Hopefully yours is just a bit of over exertion and the next run will be more comfortable.
Hopefully. It took me out for a week last year. I thought OK, rest a week and I'll be Ok. Four weeks later I went out for a test run. Pain hit at twenty-eight minutes in. Stopped and walked home. Rested up and saw a Physio. That's how I ended up back at week four.
