I was really stressing about the 3min run but I blocked the time out of my mind and focused only on shortening my steps and the far distance. I couldn't believe I made it without much issue during the first round and doubted I could do it a second time. I made sure to run very slow for the next 90 second run so I could conserve energy for what I thought would be gruelling 3min. When the time came I was amazed I got through it relatively in one piece. There was a tiny little voice telling me I was going too slow and it didn't count but I wanted more than anything to make it to the end and I just about managed it.
Today is a good day! If I can do it, trust me...anybody can!

Just take it really slow at the start and if you find you have reserved energy, gently speed up in the last 20 seconds of the second 3min round. You can do this!
It’s funny how we process things in our minds isn’t it, I remember feeling this way about almost every weekly increase. Now post program I think why on earth did I every worry about that. Well done on the run 😊
