This week has taken longer to complete than I would have liked what with work being so busy and the storms and heavy rain last week. Finally managed to get myself out there for a night run. These are not my favourite but I have a body torch so of I set. Nothing much to report other than less distractions at night and on this particular route (around a sleepy housing estate - it had to make do instead of my usual daytime trails). The run itself was fine, no struggle but I definitely need to do more stretches as a few niggles in shins and knee along the way.
Week 4 I intend to get two runs done before going away (Seville!!!) for a few days. I am hoping to use hotel gym or local park for final run. Let’s see how it plays out. 🏃♀️🧳😎

Well done Slothgoesrunning …there was no way anyone should’ve attempted to run while we were being battered last week unless you could time it right and run in between the wind and rain!! It doesn’t matter that it’s taken you a bit longer to get week 3 done, it’s ticked off & now you’re onto week 4! Have a great time in Seville, hope you’ve packed your runners?!! Stretching is so important before and after your run…there’s plenty of ideas on google and you tube 😉
