For some reason I was dreading today’s run but now I want to go out again. I know I can’t but I’d like to. That’s a bit worrying, I haven’t felt like that before.
It wasn’t easy...well, the 3 minute runs weren’t...but the 90 second runs seem so short now, I hope the 3 minute ones feel that short next week. Also, I had to change my route as the local primary school were doing a Sports Relief mile on a chunk of it, and they were probably going faster than me!
Nollie26 - Jo Whiley was great, I’m going to stick with her for a bit. Tbae - I might save Michael Johnson for when I need a kick up the bottom in a few weeks time. Thank you for the advice, it really helped.
For today’s music I tried ‘Tubular Bells Part I’. It was perfect! It lasted exactly the length of the session and I finished my final 3 minute run with the sound of the tubular bells being clanged. Very invigorating and really helped the endorphins flow!
Week 4 looks a bit scary but then I thought that about Week 3. Back to the treadmill on Monday morning so we’ll see how it goes. I’ve lost 3 pounds in weight this week so I’ve had a very positive Week 3. Bring it on????? 😳🤣
