I done it…

A lot of you replied to my post last week when I wanted to give up after week 4.

I took on the advice to slow down, I also listened to the podcast rather than using the app. I’ve just completed week 5, I couldn’t be any happier right now. I never believed I’d run for 20mins without stopping.

I just wanted to say thank you to everyone who responded to my post last week.

Keep running, keep smiling.

I genuinely mean it when I say thank you.I had so little self belief and you guys gave me the encouragement and support I needed.

Learning that you are at a very different place to your marathon running husband is probably an important lesson to learn.

Build your aerobic base while doing C25k, then you can start to work on pace, but even then it is recommended that you spend 80% of your running time at an easy conversational pace.

Keep running, keep smiling.
