A lot of you replied to my post last week when I wanted to give up after week 4.
I took on the advice to slow down, I also listened to the podcast rather than using the app. I’ve just completed week 5, I couldn’t be any happier right now. I never believed I’d run for 20mins without stopping.
I just wanted to say thank you to everyone who responded to my post last week.

Build your aerobic base while doing C25k, then you can start to work on pace, but even then it is recommended that you spend 80% of your running time at an easy conversational pace.
Great to read this, well done. We are both at the same stage of the programme as I completed week 5 on Saturday. Keep it up and see you down the line on this forum as a fellow couch to 5K graduate 🙂
