Hi All.
Ten months after my first (and only) post so far, I have eventually completed the programme.
Its taken two restarts, and many a week that I have just decided to repeat over and over.
Injuries and training breaks have come and gone, but today I finally finished a 5k.
To those who are struggling and thinking of giving up - dont !
Keep going. Repeat a week, go back a week and do it again, but keep going. This programme does work.
Thanks to all those to take time to post advice.
