I really enjoyed today's run π€£. This is my second time attempting C25K since beginning last summer. First time around, I got stuck at week 5 run 3 and ended giving up for a month. The first time I tried the 20 min run, I managed 17 minutes, then after that, I lasted less and less until I was finding 3 minutes difficult. I think it was all in my mind, but my legs wouldn't move and I couldn't get my breathing regular. Then I started up again in November and my next run will be week 8 run 3. I have repeated runs that felt difficult and have taken a lot more than 9 weeks to get this far, but I'm still pleased to be doing ok. This forum has been great for me- I liked reading all your posts even on my month off!
