Oh i so love this program! couldnt run 3 mns 2 month ago,done 30 mns on my first run this week,that was only 2 mns more than the podacast and ran 32 mns today!!!
According to the 10% rule,im ok! taking every day as they come but thinking if i could add 2 mns at each run,this could be awesome!
(The 10% is per week, rather than per run! Apparently there isn't any particular evidence for it as such, it's just a useful rule of thumb, though injuries do seem to be more likely with bigger jumps - and every now and then it's a good idea to back off a bit and consolidate - though you sound absolutely fine at the moment! May you carry on rolling along on the crest of your wave! )
Wow I'm impressed hats to you that's great running. I'm dreading week 8 run 1 ( my next one) as I can barely put one foot in front of the other at the end of 25 mins. Not sure I have the fitness... I thought my swimming ( weekends I do 1k on sat and sun at the lido) would help but I can only do breast stroke!!! Anyway fabulous progress... High five! Julia
