Great progress!You have just done a 25 minute run on week 6 run 3 , you are now consolidating on that .
Keep them at a conversational pace and enjoy !
Thank you for the encouraging words. I have so far followed the programme to the 'e' & every run has been achievable. Just need to remind myself to keep believing in it.

Of course it does Me_time but they all have haven’t they? And you got this far! And when you’ve done that 25 minutes you’ll be itching to do 30! Go! Run!
