Had a peek and all 3 runs are 5min warm up walk and 25mins running! It seems daunting..

Great progress!You have just done a 25 minute run on week 6 run 3 , you are now consolidating on that .

Keep them at a conversational pace and enjoy !

Thank you for the encouraging words. I have so far followed the programme to the 'e' & every run has been achievable. Just need to remind myself to keep believing in it.

Absolutely!The program works.

I remember week 7 well, I used to remind myself that I'm just going out to do the same as last time and I achieved that so I will achieve this !

I had a music track that lasted around 24 minutes and I told myself all I have to do is run until the music stops 😁

You have already done one 25 minute run, so you know that you can do this.

This is a mindset issue on your behalf.

If you don't manage it, then quite simply it will have prepared you both mentally and physically for the next attempt.

Of course it does Me_time but they all have haven’t they? And you got this far! And when you’ve done that 25 minutes you’ll be itching to do 30! Go! Run!
