That’s week 2 done . Not to bad so far a little bit out o breath at times especially run 2 . But run 3 was an improvement.

My pace / rhythm felt good at times ( I know some of you say take it slow ) just those 40 years of smoking making it harder .

So for any smoker’s , ex smoker’s & people like me that now Vape , YES you can do C25.

Well done, but read this FAQ post about breathing healthunlocked.com/couchto5...

If you are out of breath then your body cannot build your aerobic base. By being at an easy conversational pace your blood will be fully oxygenated and your development will be quicker than if you push harder. Faster is not better at this stage, especially as you have been a smoker. Counterintuitive, but true.

You should not be out of breath. If you are, just slow down.

Relax and enjoy it.
