Tomorrow morning I will complete my 3rd week . Nearly didn’t make it tonight as after 60 hours of work I kept thinking home , hot soak , hot chocolate, bed. BUT I went straight to the gym and was greeted by one of the gym owners , he was really pleased to see me and made me feel good that I had gone. 🏃‍♀️

May leave it until Sunday then to complete my week. Just pleased week 4 is in touching distance. Any advice of how to deal with a 5.4 bleep test. I haven’t had a go as yet but I think stamina will be the key.

Sorry, not that familiar with the bleep test apart from knowing its basically a test of your aerobic capacity

Well done on getting to the end of week 3. I don't know anything about the 5.4 bleep test, so I googled and there are plenty of apps and videos out there. At least one day off between run days is essential, by the way, otherwise you're likely to get injured. Happy running!
