After saying I felt it tough during week 2 & being advised to slow my run down. I tried that & I'm pleased to say it helped! For someone who turns 66yrs next week I'm chuffed with myself after completing today's run week 3, run 1. Pat on the back fir me. If I can do it so can you too. Xx
