After having an extra rest day this week (had to run some errands for my dad on Thursday so didn't get time to run), I started Week 3 yesterday evening. I was really apprehensive about this one as it felt like a big jump from Week 2, but I was determined! I really had to push to run for 3 minutes as my calves were burning, but I'm pleased to report that I did it all!! I never thought I'd be able to run for that long after struggling with Week 1, so it just shows how good this program is. Fingers crossed I get on ok doing the second run tomorrow
