After having an extra rest day this week (had to run some errands for my dad on Thursday so didn't get time to run), I started Week 3 yesterday evening. I was really apprehensive about this one as it felt like a big jump from Week 2, but I was determined! I really had to push to run for 3 minutes as my calves were burning, but I'm pleased to report that I did it all!! I never thought I'd be able to run for that long after struggling with Week 1, so it just shows how good this program is. Fingers crossed I get on ok doing the second run tomorrow

It is such a good program isn't it. Well done for yesterday's run. I am actually missing not running on rest days. I never thought that would happen! Good luck tomorrow.

Hi, I'm doing my first run of week 3 tomorrow, feeling apprehensive, but so many people have said the same and gone on to do it, that I'm thinking "come on just do it, it's only 3 minutes" I've got new running shoes which I hope will help have been running in flimsy old trainers. Good luck tomorrow.
