Week 2 Run1

I found all the weeks after Week 1 easier than Week 1.
You could try really focusing on maintaining that running motion - however slow that means you are, even if it is such small steps you are almost running on the spot.
Good luck!
Well done for persevering

Well done! Week 1 took me several weeks too. You will get there
Well done. I'm sure you can feel the progress you are making - bit by bit you will get there. Best wishes.

This may sound silly but repeating week 1 so many times may have got your mind set into 1 minute run periods which may be habit forming. Try and switch off thinking about the time and just run. Don't repeat week 2 runs more than 3 times unless you are unable to do the times but after running for a month I would think its more a mind over matter issue and not an ability issue. Relax, run at a comfortable pace for yourself and believe in yourself and have faith in the programme. Its worked for thousands of runners and you will be no different, good luck
