You do have a positive attitude, to go out and run, run 1 of week 3 after a 10 hour shift is amazing, you should be very proud of yourself, onwards and upwards to that goal of run 3 of week 9, for you that will be in about 6 weeks, however, you can repeat any runs or week's if you wish to, good luck. 👍 🏃🏾

Well done you..... my runs in the morning after a night shift.... be plodding around the streets at about 5.30... wish me luck lol

I find running after work a great way to get rid of any stress from the day & it gives me energy rather than using it all up - strange but true 😁
You should be proud - keep it up ☺️
