Wow! I did it!

After struggling a bit through week 7 I actually managed to run (albeit very slowly) for 28mins.

Mind you, the environs helped 😜 and there was Chris de Burgh singing about “ moving from a spark to a flame” he could just be right.

Feeling positive today👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
