W5R3 ✔️

How did I do that I ask?

Well it’s obviously that this program works!

I could not have done that a few weeks ago!

When Laura said well done & stop running & do a 5 minute warm down walk, I didn’t want to stop running! Laughable!

So I actually ran for about 23 minutes & still as told did my warm down walk!

Well done !I knew you'd smash it 😁

Try to resist overuning the timings though 👍

So tempting sometimes !But we'll done , that's a great run to get under your belt .

Take your time with week 6 runs 1 and 2 often catch people out !

Well done.

Stay nice and slow for W6R1...........it catches out more people than any other run in the programme.

Congratulations on completing run 3 of week 5, that is a milestone run with C25K, onwards and upwards to week 6 run 1 but be careful about that run as it catches out some people with the interval walks and runs after the non stop 20+ minutes of W5R3 which you have just ran.

Brilliant! Well done you!

That is a landmark run in the plan and it sounds like you smashed it! 😁👏👏👏

Copy what others said about running on though - best sticking to the timings in the plan. They're there for a reason. I'm doing c25k from scratch for the second time following several months out with a back injury - sticking to the plan will stop me from doing too much too soon.

I've just finished week 4 so I'm due to do that 20 minute run in a weeks time - I hope I enjoy it as much as you obviously did.

Good luck with week 6 - take those next runs nice and steady as they can be a bit tricky
