Wow! Never thought I'd get to this point, so chuffed with myself, I know I haven't graduated but this was such a big step, from finding a couple of minutes running hard a few weeks ago, to running 20, so exciting!
Changed my route so I'm only running on main drags now and today I ran past (they were running the opposite way!) a group of about 15 runners of mixed fitness, it was great to see and I felt like I was part of something. The last few minutes of the run were tough, I was hoping Laura would cut in and tell me that i'd finished but when she finally did I actually felt good. And isn't it funny how you forget how hard it is on your walk home?!
So, over halfway through now and as per usual... Here's to the next run and not giving up!

Well done! 20 mins is a real milestone, not far to go now to 30 mins! It's good to remember how far you've come, good luck with the rest of the runs, relax and enjoy them.
Well done! You've proven you can do it now. You've got three full weeks to go from 20 to 30 minutes, and that can't possibly be harder than going from 1 to 20 minutes in five weeks, can it? Congratulations.
