I have been doing c25k since the middle of may. I have had to take breaks due to illness and injury (not running related) so I’ve repeated some runs along the way.
Today I’ve done w5 r3, my dreaded 20 minute run. It was abit warm but I stuck at it. The most amazing feeling finishing. Here’s to week 6!!!

Well done! I hated that run. Did it in Spain and was too hot even at 10am. Don't let week 6 surprise you. Many have thought W6D1 would be easy and go off too fast!
