I’ve kept up my commitment to repeat C25k and did my 1st run of week 3 yesterday. I actually enjoyed the slightly longer running sections and could feel myself getting into a rhythm, hopefully my body hasn’t forgotten everything!!

I’m a repeater too (fell off the wagon after week 5 last year). At exactly the same stage and agree it felt ok. Still hate it but hoping that will improve!
I think that us 'repeaters' know the joy of running and that keeps us going. I didn't repeat cto5k but did my own version. Still don't feel I'm back where I was, but I will get there! Well done!
