Hey running buddies!! So tonight Mr P and I set out to start C25K yet again....2nd time for him 3rd time for me 😂 I’ve been on the IC all year with a totally non - running related injury...fell in the shower!!!! Was champing at the bit to finally get out there again, so, finally tonight straight from work am back to it. Wk 1 run 1...funny how it seems so much easier 3rd time around. Onwards and upwards.

I'm glad you're all fixed up now Polly and wish you all the best with your final (I'm sure it will be) journey through the C25K programme. All those previous runs will have made you stronger, so it's no surprise it will seem easier 😊

Just take each run as it comes slow and steady and you'll be graduating any day now 🏃‍♀️🏃👍

Glad you are back on the field (track, trail, road, treadmill).

Be encouraged.

It’s still not right but enough is enough!! Torn muscles don’t heal fast it seems...when I first did it I read up on it and they said 6 months...I thought pah they’re having a laugh...seems they knew best I guess!! Just had to get the trainers back on though do see how it is tomorrow

Oh dear. Take care but I do hope all is well. Working back from my own smaller injury so full of sympathy.

Welcome back to running and to this great forum. You have the benefit of knowing that you can do this!
