Put those doubts away.. this really isn't such a big step, it is just part of the progression .. mentally as well as physically.
The program has got you to this point,Trust the program and Believe in yourself ..
You CAN do it 😁😁
If in doubt after your night out...take another day..best to do this run feeling really on form..so you can enjoy the success😉
You want to run for thirty minutes.........so at some point you are going to have to run for twenty minutes............ isn't that exciting rather than dread inducing?
Relax and enjoy it.
I did my W5R3 this morning Whitewood & feel thoroughly chuffed with myself! Iyou have been at this stage before, don't let it slip away again. Whether it's today or tomorrow, you can do this, don't let the mind beat you. Best of luck to you
