So I graduated C25K in November 2013, but stopped running partly because of Uni workload and partly because the winter blues kicked in!
But it's ok!
Because I'm going to start all over again as of Monday 20th January and I'm going to be re-joined by my running partner. I'm looking forward to starting the challenge again and to knowing that I can definitely do this!!

I started back at week 3r1 , just before new year - as I had no idea how much I could manage - but I was pleasantly surprised - managed to run every other day for a couple of weeks. I did not feel it in my muscles the way I had last year - no stiffness, nor too many aches - so kept on and on, and just ran w7r1 this morning - yeah!
Good luck with starting again tomorrow - you can definitely do it - you already have - and I'm sure you'll be surprised at how your body remembers how to run.
That's really good to know! I wasn't sure whether to start from the very beginning again or not so I might be a copycat and try week 3 because it sounds like we have both taken roughly the same amount of time off running
