Well…. Who’d a thought it. Have my last official run of the programme tomorrow! Hell of a way to finish the year. Thanks for all the advice!

Through impatience to complete, I did my graduation run on a Friday evening after a hard week at work, when I normally ran first thing in the morning. It was a hard slog, memorable for all the wrong reasons.

Well, I've only gone and done it! That was one of the hardest runs I've done. Dunno if it was because I knew it it was the last one of the program but I did it! So, next goal is to do a Parkrun. I need to up my pace and/or stamina though as at the moment I'm doing about 2.2 miles in the 30 minutes. Still, next week will be the key one... continuing to run outside the program! Happy new year all!

Don't worry about your pace. That will improve anyway with consistent running for longer (distance or time).
