Wow, I honestly can not believe I just completed C25K!!!
10 weeks ago I didn’t really believe I’d get to the end! Today tried its best to throw me: the inner gremlins, a stitch and the 25 degree heat! Not only did I complete this very sweaty run - I also hit 4 PR’s according to Strava!
I’m amazed I’ve graduated and hit 5K in 10 weeks!!! Laura is an inspiration!!! (Although I still don’t like her music choices on the podcast!).
Really looking forward to two consecutive days of rest (I think I’ve earned them!) before hitting the ground running next week for the first of the consolidation runs.

To new folk - you really can do it! Slow and steady wins the race - keep pushing to the next tree/lamppost when you are flagging.

Thank you! Yes, it’s amazing! Yes, we are all amazing!!! Made up I managed the 5K - oddly enough, slowing down has helped me to get my pace/breathing right. (I was an eager naive whippet at the beginning).

Yes. Still not heard about it from the Admin. Maybe they are thinking about it??!! New month tomorrow so will see if the consolidation club create a new pinned post for August and will copy it again on there so it's at the top of the pile lol 😂😂😀👍
Yes I suppose it can. But it would be nice if it could go on its own pinned post each week and then all the posts would be together to read through. Otherwise they will just go on the other general posts and then get mixed in with the general chat..🤔

Personally, I can’t seem to join other groups/communities from this app .... is it different from a browser? I’ve been trying to join the July Graduation group but no luck. Am I missing something?
No I don't think so. That's where I've put my post but not sure if it's being monitored at the moment. If a new pinned post doesn't appear for August tomorrow I'll take it up with the other administrators. Maybe Ju-Ju- is on holiday or something??🤔
