Only 3.4k - it will take me a while to get to 5k, but I'm happy just to have got to 30 minutes.

congratulations! it's a fabulous achievement so you should be very very proud. and don't worry about the distance, I do around 3.7km in 30 minutes running at a pace that suits me. I am going faster than week 1 and have found a rhythm so I'm happy with that.
