Week 6 run 2 - should I repeat?

Just completed run 2 of week 6 after a few weeks off with a horrible cold and dodgey old knee.

It was hard but i managed to get through by taking it really slow.

After a few weeks away would you recommend I repeat runs 1 and 2 of week 6 before moving on? Or is it best to push forwards? Thanks!

No need to do them twice ! If you completed run 1 and 2 then you will be ready for run 3 !

Just do it , do it slowly and enjoy it 😁👍

I had a cold at exactly this point and I was ok to carry on after 10 days or so. But just do what feels comfortable. If your confidence would benefit from a a repeat do it, but if you don't feel the need- press on!BTW that was the last cold I have had since starting running 4 years ago. I don't have evidence- but it is a big coincidence!
