Just completed run 2 of week 6 in blazing hot sunshine at at last!! I can’t believe how I’m really enjoying it! Fastest one yet too!!
I’m just over 4 weeks short of a year of changing my life around, nearly lost 6 stone naturally and Couch to 5K and walking is definitely helping!!
Remember it’s not a race, every run is a run even if you can’t complete it!! You went out and tired, you can always repeat 😊
