Morning all, just got back from week 7 Run 3 - 25 mins in the rain ...but feel great! It was tough taking the first step outside but once I got out felt good. And its great to be able share the feeling with a group that understands - happy running colin.

Yes it's great did my first rain run a few weeks ago, I felt really refreshed halfway though. Glad that you enjoyed it.
