My legs felt like concrete blocks today 😓 but I pushed ahead and ran at a much slower pace .. I didn’t feel sick at all .. I’m feeling proud of myself today.. I hope my legs don’t always feel like that because it really took a lot of effort . Have a wonderful positive day x

Well done Nannysam52 you've got another run under your belt, heavy legs is sometimes linked to low hydration levels, as you're running more it's a good idea to up those water levels and Ideally drink approximately 2ltrs a day minimum

Thank you so much .. yes I definitely need to make sure I Drinking plenty, once autumn comes I always seem to drink less 🙄
