Welcome! This is a very clever plan and you’ll be amazed at how quickly you’re running 1.5, 3, 5,8 minutes!!!... and each time you’ll think you’re not ready for it.. but you will be! Welcome and well done, I can truthfully say that week 1 is the hardest. The programme is absolutely fantastic as are all the good folk in this forum and before you know it you will be jogging along for 30 minutes. Keep us updated as you go.
