Ok that was not easy but I’m glad I managed it. Hopefully next time I won’t feel like a warmed up version of death

Welcome! This is a very clever plan and you’ll be amazed at how quickly you’re running 1.5, 3, 5,8 minutes!!!... and each time you’ll think you’re not ready for it.. but you will be! Good luck, and DO read the links that someone will put on here.... they really do answer most of your questions. Happy running 🏃‍♀️🏃‍♀️🏃‍♀️

Nice to be warm though, isn't it? You've already done the difficult bit, which is starting.

Welcome and well done, I can truthfully say that week 1 is the hardest. The programme is absolutely fantastic as are all the good folk in this forum and before you know it you will be jogging along for 30 minutes. Keep us updated as you go.

Well done and welcome!

As the song goes ....'things can only get better....'

Keep it slow, take your rest days and listen to your body.

You can do this ... good luck and happy running!
