Hi guys! So tomorrow I will be completing week 1! I had planned on doing it today, but I did run 2 on Thursday, then my usual clubbersize on Friday and boy did I feel it in my legs!! They went to complete jelly! Thinking maybe no runs on Thursday from now on! So rest day today!
Run 2 was deffo easier, but I think i must of gone slower as it was just under 2 miles, whereas run 1 was over 2 miles!
Feels so good though! I can see this to get very addictive!
