Its getting darker in the mornings so I tried out a bit of a road/path run mainly for the lights but also to try and keep my feet dry, although I did do a lap round the field to avoid another hill. I have to confess to walking for about 90 seconds up a hill I just couldn't make it to the top but set of again when the "summit" was reached. For some reason he C25K app decided to keep pausing and its a good job I had set my Fitbit when the running started just out of curiosity about distance.
I did a different route so my in my head timing was all out of sync, I got to the field and did a lap round, by this time my body was saying "come on how much longer", it had paused several times on my warm up walk which I think Lasted about 10 minutes, so I took a look and it was paused again but my Fitbit said I was running for 29 minutes.
Apart from the hill it went well and I am happy that a few more runs and I will have the stamina to get to the top.
