Week 8 r 2

Set out to run 28 minutes but had to stop twice for about 15 seconds each time, once to greet my astonished doctor, and once to deal with a phone problem.  Ended up adding 2 and a half minutes to the run, making it just over 30 minutes so have I done 30 minutes or not?  Picture of local park added.

Well done and that looks like a great place to run.

Lovely trees. We have glorious sunshine here too but for how long? Sounds to me like you completed your run, I'd tick it off and move on. So close to finishing now.

I live in the city and often have to stop for a few seconds to cross a street. If anything it makes running harder, because my steady pace is interrupted. So yes, in my book you did 30 minutes today. Congratulations.

Definitely a run, I'm sure folk in cars think I've a bee in my ear running in circles at junctions.  I like to start podcast straight from the front door and now that my distance has increase the local park is not big enough. W8R2 just completed. Great feeling.
