I run with one dog. I run, he walks, even though his legs are short. At the start, I was glad when he stopped for a sniff or whatever during my 1 minute runs, as it was an excuse to stop- 1 minute of running was tough-now I sometimes leave him behind so he doesn't interrupt my pace 🤣always take him for a walk afterwards though 🐕 he gets so excited when he sees the running gear going on!

Well done you. It’ll be a journey, but a very satisfying one. I always select a treat for the kitchen window as I round the bend on my way home. A Custard Slice is my favourite!
