Amazing job! Keep it up. I'm on week 8 now, and if anyone had said to me 8 weeks ago I'd be running for 28 minutes I'd have laughed in their face. Not going to lie, I haven't found it easy but I kept going. 😊

Well done Evol, I was 5 stone overweight and struggled to run the 1 mins in w1 but now in wk7 running 25 mins and loving it. The forum is super supportive. Enjoy your journey ☺️🏃‍♀️

Yes, I’ve been on slimming world, C25k and a weekly aqua aerobics class and have lost 1st 2lbs over the last 7 weeks xx
