I haven't been updating you as I was crazy busy at work. And to be honest it was difficult to fit runs. I would sometimes have 6 days break between runs!
But I've managed to complete all runs in w4!
3 days ago I started W5. Run1 felt good, I thought by having up to 6 days break between runs would mean I may struggle with W5, but I felt fine and what's important I still enjoy it! πππ
Well done on starting week 5 !Sometimes life gets in the way .
I was lucky with starting C25k during first lockdown so was ready and able to run every other day !
Now it's sometimes tricky being back at work , but we do what we can when we can .
As already mentioned 6 days may not be optimal for progressing through the program but it is what it is .
I've just recently had 4 weeks off due to a niggly hip and that's certainly set me back a bit with my running, but you know what , it's fine I'm building up again .
