Well that’s it, w5 r3 done this morning, and like everyone says it is mind over matter, after the half way I felt I really was going to make it.
I didn’t run any longer and took it very slow but what a great sense of achievement, can’t believe a few weeks ago I could hardly run for 3 mins.
