Week 1 completed

I haven't found it as hard as I was expecting. I know it's only week one and I have a long way to go yet! Had a busy day in work yesterday and it would have been so easy to have not bothered with run 3, but I did it and felt better in myself too. Loved how the feeling of accomplishment made me feel. Little things please 😂

It’s actually no easy feat moving from a sedentary lifestyle to a more healthy one, especially when you have other commitments so congratulations on doing it anyway and not procrastinating which is too easy to do when it comes to exercise! Take it from one who knows 😅 Sounds like you’ve got great stamina as off to a great start- build on this and keep going! 💫💫💫

Well done for bothering to do it. Sounds like you have made a good start . Has the running stopped you feeling tired?

Yes funny enough it is making a difference. I have slept longer this week, still not all night. I have felt better during the day, not sure if it's more sleep or actually getting up and doing something

Good that you are feeling better during the day. The weeks will fly by and hopefully you will continue to feel good and maybe just maybe sleep will get better... Happy running
