Hi everyone
So after starting c25k about 3 or 4 weeks ago, I only got as far as w1r2 and was really poorly so had to stop but I'm so chuffed that I have finally completed week 1 yay
I am really enjoying it and looking forward to starting week 2. My question is, am I right in thinking you have two rest days, so run, rest, run, rest, run, rest, rest?
