Hi puffing willomemeni here or an old puffing Billy, I can spell that lol

My rest day from the gym today but still got up at 5am and did my 2nd run, which wasnt any easier than the first one on Monday. Did I really run for 5 mins, the only thing I've ever run before was a bath.

I never in my life thought I would enjoy running, I actually lay in bed and thought to myself come on get up it will be over in 30 mins and you will regret it if you don't l found it hard but loved the elation when Laura said that's it you've done it, all I can say is roll on Friday, but can I do week 5??

Well done doggytail! That’s just what I do for some of my runs - in fact I did it this morning - thought come on, you’ll be back in half an hour, just get your butt out of bed! You really ran for 5 minutes, yay! 🏃‍♀️🏃‍♀️🏃‍♀️

Yes you can! Slow and steady and relax into it... each run, each week, prepares you for the next one.Well done you!

Running is like that I have found. I think let's get this over and when it is over I want to do it again. I really enjoyed week 5 . W5R3 is very much all in the head, you have been working up to a continuous run, so don't fight it , enjoy it. You can do it, have fun.
