Graduate running (I am 2 weeks post-grad) feels a bit like sixth form or college - no 40-minute bells; no uniform, no one to care whether you turn up for w3r3 or whatever...
Anyway the mind journey goes on - I did manage a wheezy 30 mins-ish this morning and the message from Mount Gallumphus was:
'Time elapsus is all that matters - not speedimus or fariness.'
Anyway it was a struggle but I did stay out for 40mins per C25k training, 5 mins warm up and cool down, embracing 30 mins puffing around!!

Great post... a bit like one I tagged with.. No style, flair or speed
Well done you...runs for pure pleasure, runs to consolidate the 30 minute runs..shorter, different route runs... all helping to build up those running legs!
