30 minutes non-stop. It felt so hard though. My routine has been thrown out this week so I am running at odd times. It was an afternoon run today. I really need to stick to mornings. My legs felt so heavy and achy. But I kept going and really pleased I did it. My legs have been aching all evening. Feel like I've put them through hell. Anyway nearly at graduation which is so exciting ☺
Week 9 Run1 - done!: 30 minutes non-stop. It... - Couch to 5K
Week 9 Run1 - done!
Huge well done you... take it steady and do take a look at the leg exercises on the S and F forum you need to keep them in shape... after Graduation This all goes on
Woooohoooo!!!!! Only two runs to go. I can't wait to be joining you on that graduation podium - but still a little way to go for me yet.
Go Cressdia, you have so nearly got this in the bag 😀👍💪🏃♀️💪👍😀
Well Done fellow runner- only 1 hour to graduation. Heavy legs is often a sign that you are not hydrated enough make sure that you drink enough water, even on your non running days. If you are not fully hydrated, your blood will be thicker and transport of oxygen will be impeded, leading to heavy legs and tired muscles, as well as stitches and headaches.
When you have graduated post in the thread below for your graduation badge and for more ideas post C25K
OMG!!!!! Yore almost there ! Only 2 runs left keep going!!! Maybe try some deep stretching and Epsom salt baths for the achy legs! Feel better soon!
Yay well done! Just 2 more runs 😊. Like you, running later in the day doesn’t suit me. But sometimes we just have to do what we have to do! 🏃♀️🏃♀️🏃♀️
