At last I'm done with the programme. It's been a bit on and off in the last three months but I'm glad to be done with the programme and moved from the couch to 5k. That achievement really got me going towards the end and I upped the pace to the finish. This time I decided to go day at the start 5 and it is only after about 20 min that I felt kind going a bit faster but as usual the goal was to finish.
Along with the podcast 5 this Gituma had been a great resource and thank you all for the advice and encouragement along the way. It really helped and now I'm set on the journey to getting my fitness levels in a good place.
