Can’t believe I’m saying this but I ran for 28 mins!! It was tough and in the last 2 mins I felt my knees aching and was ready to stop so it took a lot of mental strength and determination to keep going!!
I think I’ve found a good steady pace although it is a very (very) slow one!! I did try to up my pace in the last run as I was disappointed that I was nowhere near the 5k mark but this made it harder to run. I realise that I can’t go any faster and should just stick to what feels comfortable for me. So happy I completed this!! ✅ Now I need to lie down… 🥵

Thank u 😊 I try to set a steady pace each time but sometimes feel like I’m going too slow! Just need to remind myself is not about speed although I really want to reach 5K!
Thank you so much for the support 😊 feels good to know I can do it but it was not easy. I do feel I’m going really slow that I’m embarrassed when I see people walking faster than me! Oh well I’ll keep “running”!🏃🏻♀️
Well done you!!! Really pleased for you. Crazy to think you can run 28 minutes after just 8 weeks, the plan is just so good. Looking forward to your run 2 update. Graduate next week 🥳🥳🥳🥳🥳✅
Thank you!! I really can’t believe I’ve made it this far. Great plan and amazing support from this forum. Good luck on your next run too! Go smash it 🤩
